We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Manager - Product to take overall responsibility for brand management within our critical Cardiology and Anti-Diabetes portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of driving market share, growth, and profitability through robust product and brand planning.

Designation: Senior Manager - Product

Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharma, MBA/PGDM

Work Experience: More than 5 years of experience in Pharma Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Brand Management: Conduct comprehensive internal and external market analysis to identify key issues and opportunities. Design strategic elements, tactics, action plans, and investment strategies to impact market share and enhance profit for the assigned portfolio.
  • New Product Launch & Execution: Lead end-to-end management of new product launches. Prior experience in successful brand launches is highly valued.
  • Robust Brand Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor robust brand plans that align with overall business objectives.
  • Financial Focus: Ensure all Brand campaigns are effectively managed on time, within budget, and according to defined financial constraints.
  • Sales Team Training & Support: Prepare and conduct training sessions for the sales team on brand plan execution during cycle meetings, and manage conferences, Continuous Medical Education (CME) programs, and related initiatives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Maintain a good hold on MS Office, especially Excel (for data analysis and financial tracking) and PowerPoint (for strategic presentations).
