Oneiro Lifecare is inviting talented professionals to join our Oncology API Manufacturing division at our Vadodara facility. We are looking for experienced candidates in production leadership and operations to strengthen our team.
Open Positions
1. Officer – API Manufacturing
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry) OR B.E. / B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering)
Experience: 2–5 years in oncology API / bulk drug manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily API manufacturing operations
- Ensure GMP documentation
- Follow cGMP and EHS standards
- Perform in‑process checks and support QA/QC activities
2. Shift In‑Charge – API Manufacturing
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry) OR B.E. / B.Tech. (Chemical/Pharma Engineering)
Experience: 5–8 years, with 2–3 years in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead shift production activities and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and EHS standards
- Prepare shift reports and ensure smooth handovers
- Coordinate with Maintenance, QA, and other departments
3. Plant In‑Charge (AM / Manager) – Oncology API
Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry) OR B.E. / B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering)
Experience: 8–10 years, with 3–5 years in a plant leadership role
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete plant operations and lead teams
- Drive GMP compliance and audit readiness
- Manage safety, risk, and training initiatives
- Optimize cost, yield, and plant efficiency
