Tagoor Laboratories, a fast‑growing pharmaceutical company specializing in APIs, Advanced Intermediates, and KSMs, is looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to join our Corporate Office in Hyderabad and drive global business growth.
Job Requirements:
Role: Dy. Manager / Manager – Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets as per the annual business plan
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned markets
- Lead the full sales cycle: lead generation, pricing, negotiations, and closure
- Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships
- Track market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities
- Coordinate with RA, QA, R&D, and Production teams for samples, documentation, and product qualification
- Prepare sales forecasts, manage pipeline, and support strategic growth plans
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA in Marketing / International Business plus Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Business Management
- 5 to 12 years of experience in pharma API / Advanced Intermediates / KSM sales & marketing
- Experience working with EU, Latin America, MENA, and Domestic markets (regions assigned based on expertise)
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, business visits, exhibitions, and market development activities
- Strong skills in customer handling, market research, pricing, and proposal preparation
