Position: Process Engineer
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Essential)
Experience: 5–15 Years in Process Engineering roles
Key Skills:
- Mastery of Process Simulation Software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II, or equivalent).
- Proven experience drafting and reviewing complete Basic Engineering Packages (BEP).
- Expert-level Equipment Design for units like Heat Exchangers, Reactors, Pumps, and Columns.
- Hands-on experience working within EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) project environments.
- Developing and optimizing P&IDs and P&FDs.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Perform process modeling and optimization studies to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Develop design specifications (Datasheets) for major process equipment.
- Conduct HAZOP participation and process safety reviews.
- Support the project team through the various phases of the EPC lifecycle.
