Zenfold Sustainable Technologies (ZST) is looking for a dynamic Purchase, Warehouse & Logistics Professional to support end-to-end supply chain operations for our R&D and Production teams.

Position Details

• Role: Executive – SCM / Logistics
• Location: Bengaluru
• Reporting To: Head – SCM

What We’re Looking For

Education: Graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Commerce

Experience: 3–6 years’ experience in API / Veterinary / Nutraceutical domains

Skills:

• ERP proficiency, MS Excel, GST & E-way bill knowledge
• Strong coordination, negotiation & communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor sourcing & negotiation for RM/PM/consumables
• PO creation and ensuring timely material delivery
• Inventory control, cycle counts, FIFO/FEFO compliance
• GST, import/export and statutory documentation compliance
• Warehouse supervision, safety, housekeeping & documentation
• Logistics planning, transporter coordination & cost optimization
• SCM MIS reporting and coordination with Production/R&D
• Monitor min–max stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Reconcile ERP vs physical inventory; ensure zero mismatches
• Support QA for vendor qualification & supplier audits
• Handle returns, rejections, replacements & sample dispatches
• Maintain statutory records for warehouse/logistics audits
• Implement efficiency improvements & warehouse best practices
• Manage courier/parcel movements with tracking & follow-up
