Aculife Healthcare Private Limited, a leading group company of Nirma Limited and a global leader in Infusion & Injectable products, is searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Production Chemist to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.

Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or parenteral manufacturing (vial/bag/ampoules/bottles via BFS technology). Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

• As a Production Chemist, you will be instrumental in day-to-day parenteral manufacturing activities, ensuring compliance with strict quality and safety standards.
• Assist in routine production activities as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct basic chemical handling, mixing, and batch processing operations.
• Monitor production processes and accurately record all process parameters.
• Support quality checks and ensure strict compliance with GMP/GLP standards.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and production documentation.
• Collaborate with supervisors to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Work within a cleanroom environment, applying aseptic techniques and cleanroom protocols.
• Manage quality system documentation (CCN/CAPA/investigation, etc.).
