Designation: Front Line Engineer 

Location: Nagda, Madhya Pradesh, India (On-site)

Experience: 4 - 8 Years (typical range for similar roles)

Job Type: Full-Time, Rotational Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Front Line Engineer to join our Production team at the Chlor Alkali Plant (CAP) in Nagda. This key role involves ensuring efficient plant operations, maintaining product quality, and adhering to strict safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Production & Operations: Coordinate and execute daily activities to meet and exceed production targets for the Chlor Alkali Plant.
• Process Control: Monitor and check process conditions to optimize plant performance and continuously improve operational efficiency.
• Quality Management: Implement and maintain process parameters to ensure product quality aligns with customer specifications.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety, sustainability, and statutory environmental requirements (EHS standards).
• System Management: Maintain robust systems and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Problem-Solving: Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
• Proven experience in a chemical or process industry, preferably involving electrolysis or Chlor-alkali plant operations.
• Knowledge of industry laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Strong technical background and computer literacy.
• Excellent time management, leadership, and communication skills.
