Role: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
Function: Technical Services - Research & Development
Location: ABSTC, Taloja, Navi Mumbai
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: Candidates must hold a BE, BTech, MTech, MSc, or Ph.D. in a relevant field.
Experience: A minimum of 7 to 12 years of relevant work experience is required, bringing strong polymer testing expertise and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support through product trials and customised solutions.
- Collaborate with teams to understand customer needs and analyse data for actionable insights.
- Evaluate competitor products and partner with development teams to drive continual improvement.
- Maintain high-quality standards in the application lab, while establishing test protocols and also oversee equipment calibration and upkeep.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, health and environmental guidelines, conduct risk assessments and support sustainability initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors and external labs for specialised testing and process development needs.
