Experience: 9–13 years in environmental engineering/ZLD operations.
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical or Environmental Engineering, or an M.Sc in Environment.
Location: Bharuch, Gujarat.
Role & Responsibilities
We’re hiring for a Section Head – Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) to oversee effective implementation of our environmental practices and policies.
In this role, you will:
- Lead technical operations of ETP, STP, and ZLD systems, ensuring continuous compliance with CPCB/GPCB norms and optimal process performance.
- Oversee effluent monitoring, sludge handling, and equipment reliability through effective preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Drive optimisation in MEE and RO processes for improved recovery, lowered TDS load, and improved overall cost efficiency.
- Manage statutory reporting, hazardous waste handling, and compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
- Plan and implement CAPEX initiatives, strengthen process control systems, and improve operational stability and resilience.
- Strengthen team capability through structured training, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure reliable operations.
