We are a leading Contract Research, Development, and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) built on a legacy of accelerating innovation in drug discovery and development.
Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus for Team Leader roles.
Experience: 3–12 years of relevant industrial experience in synthetic and analytical techniques, with specific expertise in peptide molecules.
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Role & Responsibilities
- As a key member of our team, you will:
- Design and execute synthetic routes for novel peptide-based compounds.
- Plan and execute the synthesis of peptide molecules to meet project specifications for purity and quantity.
- Utilize and maintain state-of-the-art instruments like HPLC, MPLC, lyophilizer, and peptide synthesizers.
- Interpret analytical data to successfully characterize synthesized targets and intermediates.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with Intellectual Property Management (IPM), Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) regulations.
- Maintain detailed records and generate documentation, including experimental procedures and technical reports.
Skills: Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
