We are expanding our expert team in Pune, Maharashtra, and are looking for highly motivated and experienced chemical engineers with extensive industry experience to serve as trainers and consultants. This role is ideal for professionals looking to mentor the next generation of engineers while tackling complex industrial challenges.

We are currently hiring for two key roles:
- Process Engineer Trainer
- Simulation Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary by role but may include:
- Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs on process engineering principles and simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, Aspen EDR, dynamic simulation, etc.).
- Conducting process simulations and modeling to optimize performance and efficiency for various clients in the chemical sector.
- Providing technical consulting services, including FEED (Front-End Engineering Design), BEDP (Basic Engineering Design Package), energy optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Participating in HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) studies and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to solve complex operational issues and scale up new processes.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: B.E or B.Tech Chemical Engineer is mandatory.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience is required.
