Education:
BTECH Chemical / Any others with relevant experience
Experience Required:
3+ years in production operations of Complex Fertilizer / Phosphoric Acid (Wet Process) / Sulphuric Acid (DCDA) plants
Key Skills & Exposure:
DCS/PLC/SCADA operations, process monitoring & troubleshooting
Operation of utilities, rotating equipment & material handling systems
Knowledge of PSM, ISO systems, PTW, LOTO & safe work practices
Exposure to unit operations, boilers, WHB & energy optimization
Shift operations, manpower handling & cross-functional coordination
Desirable:
TQM, 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing exposure
Flexibility to work across plants and process technologies
