Job Summary
Coromandel International Limited is hiring talented professionals for Operations Management roles (Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, and Manager) at our Visakhapatnam plant. We are a part of the prestigious Murugappa Group, a leading name in Indian business. Successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing complex fertilizer, phosphoric acid, and sulphuric acid plant operations using advanced DCS/PLC/SCADA systems. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity in Bhubaneshwar.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Manage DCS/PLC/SCADA operations, process monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee operation of utilities, rotating equipment, and material handling systems.
- Ensure adherence to PSM, ISO systems, PTW, LOTO, and safe work practices.
- Focus on energy optimization for unit operations, boilers, and WHB.
- Coordinate shift operations, manpower handling, and cross-functional teams.
Education: BTECH Chemical or other relevant technical degree with applicable experience.
Experience: A minimum of 3+ years in production operations within Complex Fertilizer, Phosphoric Acid (Wet Process), or Sulphuric Acid (DCDA) plants.
Desirable: TQM, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing exposure; flexibility to work across various process technologies.
