Dr. Reddy's is hosting a Career Expo in Hyderabad on 4th January 2026 (Sunday), looking for qualified professionals to join our team across several departments.
1) Injectables Production / Manufacturing
Experience: 3-8 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma (Mech. / Inst. / EEE / Pharma)
Key Requirements: Knowledge of Injectable Filling, Compounding & Autoclaving, Parts washer, Media Fill, Filling Machine and Vial/Ampule, Handling of QMS, etc.
2) Injectables Packing
Experience: 3-10 Years
Qualification: Diploma (Mech / ECE), B.Sc (Instrumentation, Electronics, Biotechnology)
Key Requirements: Basic computer skills, working experience in CGMP with emphasis on SOP implementation & execution, SAP/ MES knowledge, Knowledge of Labeling/Packing, camera inspection, serialization, track-coding and pipe-coding.
3) Injectables Engineering
Experience: 3-8 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical, Instrumentation)
Key Requirements: Expertise in handling design & maintenance, maintenance of utility systems and equipment, hands-on experience in equipment erection and commissioning, documentation of all activities, Must have CGMP License.
4) Head Engineering (Injectables)
Experience: 12 - 18 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical)
Key Requirements: Lead Injection Sterile Engineering Team and oversee Utility, CGMP, & WHS systems, Recommends Preventive Maintenance schedules, Manage spare parts & BOM/inventory, Manage and recommend system downtime packages, Monitor spare parts POP levels, Ensures compliance with quality, safety, CGMP, and regulatory standards.
