Open Positions & Key Responsibilities

We are hiring for the following roles, with responsibilities varying based on the specific designation (Officer or Executive):

1.Quality Control (QC) - Chemical

Experience Required: 02 to 07 years

Qualifications: M.Sc / B.Sc

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine quality checks and analytical testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products using various instruments such as HPLC, GC, and spectrophotometers.
• Ensure all testing and documentation adhere to cGMP, GLP, and regulatory standards.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), and Analytical Method Validation (AMV) is essential.
• Identify deviations, investigate non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and documentation of results. 

2.Quality Control (QC) - Microbiology

Experience Required: 02 to 07 years

Qualifications: M.Sc / B.Sc

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform microbiological testing including MLT (Microbial Limit Test) and BET (Bacterial Endotoxin Test).
• Manage media preparation and other related QC-Micro activities.
• Ensure compliance with QMS and internal quality guidelines.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the microbiology laboratory.

3.Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)

Experience Required: 04 to 07 years

Qualifications: PDIS / ADIS / M.Sc / B.Sc

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day EHS activities and ensure full compliance with all applicable legal requirements and acts (e.g., Factories Act, Hazardous Waste Management Rules).
• Manage the operation and analysis of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments (HIRA/HAZOP), and organize safety training for employees and contract workers.
• Maintain accurate documentation, handle incident reporting and investigation, and prepare for internal and external audits.
• Manage personal protective equipment (PPE) inventory and the fire safety system.
