Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Chemical Salesperson (Business Development Executive/Manager) to drive domestic market expansion. This is a "hardcore" B2B sales role requiring deep industry knowledge to promote our specialty chemical and pharmaceutical intermediate products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets within the Agrochemical, Pharma (PCD), and Specialty Chemicals sectors.
Location: Ankleshwar / Ahmedabad / Delhi / Chennai (Remote/Field Sales options implied)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for specialty chemical products.
- Manage the entire B2B sales cycle: generate new inquiries, convert leads to orders, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Identify market trends and opportunities in the Agrochemical and Pharmaceutical sectors to expand market share.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients.
- Analyze market data and prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or B.E./M.Tech. in Chemical Engineering is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in the B2B chemical sales industry is required.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of chemical products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work both independently (field sales) and as part of a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
