Position Details

Position: Senior Executive - Purchase

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 7 to 10 years in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry

Job Location: Intas Plasma Fractionation Centre, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for RM, PM, QC, and R&D Procurement
• Execute procurement activities for indirect categories (IT, facilities, logistics, services)
• Support vendor identification, evaluation, and negotiation
• Assist in contract management and ensure compliance with policies
• Track supplier performance against SLAs/KPIs
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs
• Maintain documentation for audits and reporting
• Preferred Candidate Profile & Skills
• Preference for candidates with experience in Biotech/Pharmaceutical (Injectable)
• Knowledge of procurement systems (SAP or equivalent is a must)
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management
