Job Description
We are seeking motivated freshers to join our Quality Control team through a dedicated training program in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This is a fantastic career opportunity to gain essential skills in a real-world manufacturing environment. Upon successful completion of the training, selected candidates will be considered for absorption at our Athal (Silvassa) facility.
Key Responsibilities & Learning
- Conducting quality tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Operating and maintaining analytical instruments (HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer, IR, GC).
- Documenting test results and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborating with production teams to maintain high quality standards.
Qualifications & Eligibility
Passing Years: 2023, 2024, or 2025.
Education: B.Pharma, Diploma, B.Sc, B.Com, BA, 12th + ITI.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.

Monthly Stipend
- Graduate (B.Pharma, B.Sc, B.Com, BA): ₹12,300
- Diploma: ₹10,900
- ITI: ₹10,700
