Ipca Laboratories is currently seeking qualified professionals for a walk-in interview event on December 21, 2025, at the Lemon Tree Hotel in Vadodara. We have multiple job openings across our manufacturing plants in Athal (Silvassa), Pithampur, and Wardha, covering various departments and experience levels.

Athal (Formulation) Openings

1.Quality Assurance

• Designations: Sr. Officer, Officer, Jr. Officer
• Qualifications: M.Pharma, M.Sc, B.Pharm, B.Sc
• Experience: 2 to 7 Years
• Job Profile: Ensure product quality through analytical testing of raw materials and finished products, monitoring manufacturing processes in real-time, developing methods, reviewing data, and implementing corrective actions.

2,Quality Control

• Designations: Sr. Officer, Officer, Jr. Officer, Technician
• Qualifications: B.Sc, B.Pharm, Diploma, ITI, HSC, SSC
• Experience: 2 to 7 Years
• Job Profile: Handling and reviewing of documents related to instruments like HPLC, Dissolution, GC, IR, UV, QC QMS, Material testing.

3.Packing 

• Designation: Supervisor & Technician
• Qualifications: B.Sc, Diploma, ITI, HSC, SSC
• Experience: 2 to 7 Years
• Job Profile: Experience in operating and supervising of CAM/IMA/Blister/CVC/Cartonator/Documentation (QMS).

4.Production

• Designation: Supervisor & Technician
• Qualifications: B.Sc, Diploma, ITI, HSC, SSC
• Experience: 2 to 7 Years
• Job Profile: Experience in operating and supervising of Compression, Granulation & Coating i.e. Fette, Glatt, Ganson, Imprinting etc.

5,Production

•  Designation: Officer, Sr. Officer, Executive
• Qualifications: M.Pharma, M.Sc, B.Pharm, B.Sc
• Experience: 04 to 10 Years
• Job Profile: Experience in operating and supervising of Compression, Granulation & Coating i.e. Fette, Glatt, Ganson, Imprinting etc.

Pithampur - SEZ (Formulation) Openings

6.Quality Assurance (IPQA)

• Designations: Officer, Sr. Officer, Executive (IPQA)
• Qualifications: M.Pharma, M.Sc, B.Pharm, B.Sc
• Experience: 04 to 08 Years
• Job Profile: Knowledge to perform in-process testing as per SOP, BPR, BMR and protocol in packing and manufacturing area. Should have knowledge to perform calibration of all IPQC equipment & instruments, and line clearance.

7,Packing

• Designations: Officer, Sr. Officer
• Qualifications: B.Sc, Diploma, ITI, HSC, SSC
• Experience: 03 to 06 Years
• Job Profile: Knowledge to perform analytical method validation/verification and analytical method transfer activity, as well as preparing analytical method validation protocol, reports & worksheets.

Wardha (API) Openings

8.Production

• Designations: Chemist, Technician, Trainees (Freshers)
• Qualifications: Diploma, B.E. Chemical, M.Sc, B.Sc (Chemistry)
• Experience: 2 to 7 Years
• Job Profile: Experience in operation of API industry, documentation, BMR BPR, etc.
• Trainees are freshers interested in API Manufacturing.

9.Quality Control

• Designation: Officer
• Qualifications: M.Sc, B.Sc
• Experience: 2 to 7 Years
• Job Profile: Handling and reviewing of documents related to instrumentation i.e. HPLC, GC, IR, UV, QMS, QC and Material testing.

10.Engineering Instrumentation & Utility

• Designations: Supervisor, Technician
• Qualifications: Diploma, ITI
• Experience: 2 to 7 Years
• Job Profile: Experience in Instrumentation & Utility operation of API Plant.
