This role demands a seasoned professional to lead and mentor electrical engineering teams across India and North America, ensuring high-quality project delivery for process plants in the FMCG, Beverage, Food Processing, and Pharma industries.

Position:  SR- Discipline Lead Electrical Engineer 

Location: Chennai, India

Education: B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).

Experience: A minimum of 18 to 22 years of relevant industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor electrical engineering teams across multiple locations.
• System Design: Design complex electrical distribution systems for industrial process plants.
• Documentation & Review: Prepare, review, and approve technical specifications, vendor drawings, and enquiry documents.
• Calculations & Analysis: Perform MV/LV cable sizing, grounding, short-circuit, lighting, and cable tray calculations.
• Deliverables: Produce single-line diagrams (SLDs), equipment layouts, cable layouts, protection schemes, and control panel designs.
• Procurement Support: Prepare BOQ/BOM, bid packages, and conduct Best Value Option Analysis.
• Compliance: Handle documentation for LEED/CEIG, lightning protection, earthing, SCCR, and MCC load studies.
• Schematics: Design schematics for DOL, VFD, Star-Delta, Soft Starters, and Panel GA.
