Location: Tarapur, Maharashtra, India (On-site)

Job Description

We are seeking qualified and experienced Production Associates to join our Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing team at our Tarapur location. This role is ideal for a "hands-on" professional with experience in operating core pharma production equipment within a cGMP environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production operations while strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety standards, and quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor key API manufacturing equipment, including chemical reactors, centrifuges, dryers, multi-mills, and sifters.
• Ensure all production activities adhere strictly to GMP and cGMP guidelines.
• Maintain accurate batch production records and documentation.
• Follow site safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Utilize SAP software for production tracking and inventory management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Work Experience: Minimum of 2 to 6 years of experience in API manufacturing or a related pharmaceutical production environment.

Education:

• Graduation in Chemistry (B.Sc. preferred)
• OR Diploma in Chemical Engineering

Technical Skills:

• Strong practical knowledge of API processing and equipment operation.
• Familiarity with GMP, cGMP, and plant safety regulations.
• Experience using ERP systems, particularly SAP, is required.
