Lupin is hiring a qualified Senior Executive - Process Engineering to join our team in Mandideep, Bhopal. We are seeking experienced professionals to manage and optimize chemical manufacturing processes within our facility.

Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Executive Process Engineer will perform a range of activities assigned by the department head, focusing on compliance, project execution, and process improvement. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising compliance with all cGMP, GxP, regulatory, and EH&S requirements.
• Executing and supervising tasks as per applicable SOPs.
• Managing assigned projects, including preparation of PFDs, P&IDs, and layouts.
• Performing Heat & Mass balance calculations.
• Executing equipment selection, sizing, URS preparation, and technical data sheet comparisons.
• Approving process equipment drawings and conducting equipment inspection (FAT/SAT).
• Handling equipment qualification (DQ, IOQ), erection, and commissioning activities.
• Preparing BOM for mechanical projects and managing procurement tasks within SAP.
• Performing JSA, HAZOP, RA, PSSR, and DIR preparation.
• Troubleshooting unit operations and processes in the plant.
• Identifying solvent recovery losses and improving recovery processes.
• Supporting production, engineering services, and ETP operations as required.
• Generating innovative ideas for cost reduction and process automation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: B.Tech in Chemical Engineering

Work Experience: 4 to 8 years of relevant industry experience
