Job Description:
Positions: Manager & Assistant Manager (Quality Control)
Experience: 8+ Years in the sterile injectable industry.
Qualifications: B.Pharma, M.Pharma, or M.Sc in Microbiology, Chemistry, or Biotechnology.
Location: Ghiloth, RIICO Industrial Area, Neemrana, Rajasthan, India
Key Responsibilities
- The role involves leading quality control operations for various pharmaceutical products and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Testing & Analysis: Lead QC (Chemical + Micro) operations for raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), in-process, finished product, and stability testing.
- Microbiology: Oversee all microbiological tests, including sterility, bioburden, MLT, BET, EM, and water analysis as per pharmacopeias.
- Equipment Management: Manage analytical and micro instruments (HPLC, GC, Dissolution, LAF, BSC, Autoclaves) and ensure their calibration and upkeep.
- Documentation & Compliance: Review and approve analytical/micro data, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and handle Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT), deviations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) closure.
- Audits & Standards: Ensure full compliance with cGMP, GLP, ALCOA+, and data integrity principles, and support audits (WHO, ISO, FSSAI, client).
- Development: Drive method validation, competency development, manpower planning, and continual QC lab improvement.
