Role Overview
Join Reliance Polyester Limited at our state-of-the-art facility in Dahej, Gujarat. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Instrumentation Engineer with a specialized background in Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF) process instrumentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems within the PSF manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- PSF Process Expertise: Manage all aspects of instrumentation specific to the Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF) manufacturing process.
- Maintenance & Calibration: Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and validation of field instruments to ensure optimal plant operations and product quality.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve complex instrumentation issues efficiently, minimizing downtime.
- DCS Operations: Proficiently operate and monitor Distributed Control Systems (DCS) during plant operations and troubleshooting activities.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, quality management systems, and industry standards.
Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering (Instrumentation specialization preferred).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Mandatory Background: Must have prior experience working specifically in a PSF (Polyester Staple Fiber) instrumentation background.
Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent technical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
