We're hiring for the following roles:

• Senior Executive – Production (Batch Plant)
• Junior Engineer / Technician – Instrumentation
• Junior Engineer / Technician – Mechanical

Position Details & Key Responsibilities

1.Senior Executive – Production (Batch Plant) 

Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering (Full-Time, First Class Mandatory without any educational breaks).

Experience: 3-7 years of experience in a Batch Chemical Plant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serving as a Shift In-charge for at least 2 years.
• Handling of hazardous chemicals and ensuring safety protocols.
• Operating and troubleshooting chemical processing equipment like distillation columns, reactors, filters, scrubbers, dryers, and pumps.
• Proficiency in DCS Operations and exposure to safety systems and norms.
• Experience in unit operations such as Bromination, Chlorination, Hydrogenation, Distillation.

2.Junior Engineer / Technician – Instrumentation Jobs

Qualification: Diploma in Instrumentation & Control / ITI IMCP.

Experience: 3-8 years of experience in the Chemical Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of DCS/PLC system; Foundation Fieldbus experience is preferable.
• Expertise in testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and analysis of various instruments (Control valve, Mass flow meter, Analyser, Level Tx., Pressure Tx., Weigh system).

3.Junior Engineer / Technician – Mechanical Jobs

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / ITI Fitter / ITI IMCP.

Experience: 3-6 years of experience in any industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of mechanical equipment like RCVD, Screw/belt conveyors, bucket elevators, reciprocating compressors, rotary equipment, reactors, ANF, dryers, ejectors, ATFD, blowers, heat exchangers, and various types of pumps and mechanical seals.
