Job Description:

SRF Limited, a leader in the chemicals industry, is actively seeking motivated and experienced professionals to join our expanding Chemicals Business unit in Dahej, Gujarat. We are hiring for key operational and maintenance roles within our Captive Power Plant and various other departments.

Location: Dahej, Gujarat (India)

Open Positions:

1.Jr Engineer DCS:

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 4–8 years of experience in CFBC Boiler and Turbine operations.

2.Technician - Mechanical Maintenance:

Qualification: ITI - Fitter certification.

Experience: 3–7 years of experience in power plant mechanical maintenance.

3.Apprenticeship Training:

Qualification: B. Com / B.A / IACP qualification.

Experience: 0–1 year of experience (passing years 2023, 2024, and 2025 will be considered).

Key Responsibilities:

Jr Engineer DCS (Captive Power Plant):

• Operating and monitoring CFBC boilers, backpressure turbines, and condensing turbines using DCS control systems.
• Manpower handling and ensuring efficient, safe power plant operations.
• Technician - Mechanical Maintenance (Captive Power Plant):
• Performing hands-on mechanical maintenance, including preventive maintenance (PM), breakdown maintenance, and troubleshooting of various power plant equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with plant safety standards and regulations.

Apprenticeship Training (Store/Logistic/QA):

• Hands-on training in store operations, logistics, and quality assurance processes within an industrial setting.
