We Are Hiring For Senior Executive - Production Position

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Executive - Production to join our team at the SRF Limited Chemicals Business facility in Dahej, Gujarat. This is a critical role involving the efficient and safe operation of a batch process plant, handling hazardous chemicals, and managing key unit operations including Bromination, Chlorination, Hydrogenation, and Distillation. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of relevant industry experience and the technical expertise to manage a shift independently.

Designation: Senior Executive - Production

Qualification: B.E / B. Tech. Chemical Engineering - Full Time (First Class Mandatory without any break in the education).

Experience: 3-7 Years of experience in Batch process.

Skillset: Experience in handling hazardous chemicals, as a Shift In charge for at least 2 years. Exposure to safety systems and norms applicable to the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Shift In-charge, ensuring smooth and safe operations for at least 2 years in a similar capacity.
• Manage and handle hazardous chemicals with strict adherence to safety systems and norms.
• Operate and monitor equipment such as distillation columns, reactors, filters, scrubbers, dryers, pumps, etc.
• Demonstrate proficiency in DCS Operations for a minimum of two years independently.
• Oversee unit operations including Bromination, Chlorination, Hydrogenation, and Distillation.
