Open Positions and Requirements
We are recruiting for two specific roles within our R&D1 Regulatory Affairs department:
1.Executive – R&D API
Role Focus: Execute R&D process development and validation activities.
Experience: 1–3 years in API R&D
Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
2.Senior Executive – API R&D
Role Focus: Lead impurity synthesis and related R&D tasks.
Experience: 2–3 years in API R&D
Qualification: M.Sc. in relevant field
Key Responsibilities & Impact
- As a core member of our R&D team, you will:
- Innovate & Optimize: Execute and optimize R&D process development and validation activities.
- Synthesize: Independently synthesize project-related impurities to support R&D goals.
- Analyze: Utilize strong analytical skills for data interpretation using HPLC, IR, NMR, Mass, and CHN techniques.
- Document & Research: Conduct literature searches for assigned projects and maintain precise scientific documentation.
- Scale Up: Manage laboratory operations efficiently and execute scale-up and technology transfer processes.
- Collaborate: Work closely with research officers and project leadership in a collaborative team environment.
Skills & Qualifications
