About the Role
As the Sr. Manager (QA-QMS), you will be pivotal in managing and enhancing our Quality Management Systems, ensuring strict regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the plant operations. This role demands a high level of expertise in handling deviations, OOS (Out-of-Specification), OOT (Out-of-Trend), and market complaints.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 5 to 18 Years
Location: Paonta Sahib - Plant Himachal Pradesh
Skills: Expertise in conducting investigations, ensuring market compliance, and managing robust QMS.
Preferred: Prior exposure to regulatory site inspections and audits is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigation & Resolution: Oversee and manage the end-to-end handling of deviations, OOS, OOT, and market complaints.
- Documentation & Compliance: Review and approve investigation reports, protocols, CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and their effectiveness checks.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Liaise effectively with Qualified Persons (QP), QA Responsible Persons, and Regulatory Affairs (RA) teams across various distribution countries.
- Risk Management: Drive risk management activities related to products, processes, and systems.
- Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the open/close status of all quality incidents and conduct periodic reviews to ensure timely closure of CAPAs.
- Training & Development: Facilitate essential training programs for shop floor and Quality Control personnel, focusing on learnings derived from quality incidents.
