A.Control & Instrumentation

• Senior Engineer (10-15 years)
• Designer/Quality Checker (10-15 years)
• E3D Admin (10-15 years)

B.Electrical & Telecom

• Senior Engineer (10-15 years)
• Designer/Quality Checker (10-15 years)
• E3D Admin (10-15 years)

C.Piping

• Senior Layout Engineer (10-15 years)
• Senior Stress Engineer (10-15 years)
• Stress Engineer (5-10 years)
• Designer/Quality Checker (15-20 years)

D.Offshore Structure

• Senior Engineer (10-15 years)
• Engineer (5-10 years)
• Quality Checker (10-15 years)
• E3D Administrator (10-15 years)

E.Project Control

• Engineering Manager (15-20 years)

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates who attended the drive were expected to have specific qualifications and skills: 
• Offshore experience, preferably in FPSO projects, and a strong technical background with onshore experience (excluding offshore structure).
• A degree in Piping/Mechanical, Structure, Electrical & Telecom, or Control & Instrumentation Engineering.
• Experience in designing FPSO topside modules and other offshore facilities.
• Familiarity with international offshore standards (DNV, ABS, API, AISC, etc.).
• Strong exposure to engineering software: AVEVA, Navisworks, E3D, SACS, CAESAR, etc.
