Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Process Engineer to join our Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing facility in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will optimize production processes, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to the scale-up of new products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead API process design, optimization, and scale-up activities.
- Prepare and review critical documentation, including PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams) and P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).
- Perform comprehensive Heat & Mass Balance calculations, utility, and equipment sizing.
- Actively participate in process safety management and HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) participation.
- Provide essential support for production and DCS (Distributed Control System) operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualification: B.E. Chemical or B.Tech Chemical Engineering.
Experience: 3–5 Years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical or API manufacturing environment.
CTC: Commensurate with industry norms and experience.
