Job Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our comprehensive apprenticeship program in Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance. This program offers invaluable on-the-job training and exposure to critical operations within the pharmaceutical manufacturing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Affairs:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of registration dossiers (CTD/ACTD) for domestic and international markets.
- Support regulatory compliance activities, ensuring all documentation meets industry standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on product labeling, artwork, and packaging materials.
- Maintain and update regulatory databases and tracking systems to monitor submission timelines.
Pharmacovigilance:
- Support case processing of individual case safety reports (ICSR).
- Assist with literature screening and safety data management activities.
- Support MedDRA coding and narrative writing tasks.
- Learn and assist in signal detection and risk management processes.
- Required Qualifications
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills and an ability to quickly grasp new software and systems.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
