Position Details
Position: Apprentice - Production
Location: Pashamylaram
Reports To: Shift-in-charge / Block Incharge
Role Description: This role offers hands-on exposure to API and specialty chemical manufacturing operations, GMP practices, and shop-floor execution under experienced professionals.
Qualifications: B.Tech Chemical Engineering / B.Sc - Chemistry / Diploma.
Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Requirements: Willingness to work in shifts and in a manufacturing environment.
Key Skills: Basic understanding of chemical engineering fundamentals, with an awareness of GMP and safety practices preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day production operations of APIs/intermediates as per SOPs & batch manufacturing records (BMRs).
- Learn & Follow GMP, safety, and EHS guidelines strictly on the shop floor.
- Learn CFT Coordination with QA, QC, Engineering, and EHS teams.
- Learn process controls, deviations handling, and basic troubleshooting under supervision.
