Senior Executive Quality Control (QC)

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Senior Executive to join our dedicated QC team. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality and regulatory compliance for our injectable drug products and drug substances.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and perform investigations for Incidences, OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), and OOC activities.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports, analytical test procedures (STP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Review chromatographic data and physical data generated from instruments like HPLC, GC, etc..
• Ensure the timely and accurate calibration of all laboratory instruments as per the annual master schedule.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team and other departments to maintain robust quality standards and cGMP practices.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: M.Sc. or B.Sc. in a relevant science field (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology) or B. Pharma degree.

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in a Quality Control/Quality Assurance role within the pharmaceutical industry.

Regulatory Knowledge: Proven experience working in regulated manufacturing plants having approvals from major bodies like the USFDA, MHRA, etc..

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in implementing cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is mandatory.

Analytical Skills: Expertise in analytical techniques including RP-HPLC, SEC-HPLC, GC, UV spectrophotometry, etc..
