We’re hiring for a Team Lead – Power Plant, Instrumentation (GCA), where you’ll take ownership of engineering and delivery across critical power infrastructure at our plant in Vilayat, Gujarat.

Position: Team Lead Power Plant 

Experience: 12-15 years in a Captive Power Plant

Education: Bachelor in Engineering (Instrumentation)

Job Location: Vilayat, Gujarat

 In this role, you will:

👉Lead instrumentation engineering and execution for captive power plant projects, covering DCS, CEMS, SWAS systems, and field instrumentation.

👉Finalise technical specifications, manage RFQs, evaluate vendors, and ensure timely procurement within approved budgets.

👉Oversee commissioning activities, including auto-loop logic implementation and system integration for optimal plant performance.

👉Coordinate with consultants, EPC contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution, safety compliance, and zero-incident operations.

👉Drive vendor standardization, ensure complete technical documentation, and implement initiatives that improve efficiency and reliability.

👉Monitor project progress, resolve technical challenges, and ensure adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and safety standards.
