Job Location:📍 Ganjam, Odisha

Experience Required: 3 to 6 Years

Education Qualification: Diploma in Chemical Engineering

Level: Junior Engineer

Job Responsibilities – Production Staff (Chemical Plant)

• Understanding and execution of activities pertaining to production department in PAC Plant
• Ensure that the production process runs safely and smoothly.
• Understanding of the DuPont sustainable Solution methodology
• Smooth Operation of Plant with Product quantity monitoring and control in shift.
• Co-ordination with maintenance department for timely attending breakdown and preventive maintenance in during shift
• Increasing the productivity by optimizing the process parameters. 
• Acknowledgement and corrective actions on field engineer 
• Ensure plant operation as per SOP 
• Ensure plant start up and stoppage as per checklist 
• Prompt actions on deviations to avoid plant shutdown
• Maintain process and quality parameters strictly 
• Maintain in process parameters to meet customer’s quality requirements 
• Switchover quickly parameters during load variations to ensure product quality. 
• Stringent control on process parameters 
• Timely control deviations from shop floor for optimization of chemical consumption 
• Ensure running equipment’s at optimal value
• Control any idle running of equipment’s  
• Strictly adhere to safety norms & safe operational procedures 
• Implement IMS, WCM and sustainability practices 
• Handle emergency situations like Plant power tripping. 
• Maintain process systems having zero effluent and zero accident. 
• Meet internal and external customer needs & take timely action on the same. 
• Make final product dispatch as per customer requirement.
