Job Description
As an Apprentice in Quality Assurance, the selected candidate will support manufacturing and packing operations to ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities of Apprentice
- Area and line clearance for Manufacturing, Packing & Dispensing activities
- In-process quality checks during manufacturing and packing operations
- Inspection of dispensing activities at defined intervals
- Daily verification of weighing balance calibration
- Monitoring of environmental conditions in production and staging areas
- Verification of equipment and area cleanliness
- Review and verification of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR)
- Sampling of bulk, finished goods, and control samples
- Reporting and documentation of daily non-conformances
- Statistical Process Monitoring and CAPA implementation
- Quality checks in Tablet, Liquid, HNH, and ANH departments
- Compliance with 21 CFR Part 111 (US export – food/dietary supplements)
- Ensuring data integrity and sanitation programs
- Training of shop-floor personnel on QA practices
- Adherence to EHS norms and safety guidelines
