We’re Hiring | Team Leader – Analytical R&D (API)

Location: Hyderabad

Are you a seasoned Analytical R&D professional with deep expertise in method development, validation, and chromatography, and a passion for building high‑performing teams?  Key Responsibilities

1) Analytical Method Development

• Provide technical leadership in chromatography‑based and spectroscopy‑driven method development
• Design experiments to support process, product, and lifecycle management

2) Project Planning & Delivery Excellence

• Plan resources, track milestones, review and close ELN experiments
• Drive timely release of analytical reports with >95% OTIF

3) Method Validation & Tech Transfer

• Review and approve validation protocols and reports
• Ensure smooth transfer of methods to QC teams with <2% failure rate

4) Cross‑Functional & Customer Collaboration

• Act as the primary Analytical R&D SPOC for Customers, Production, QA, and RA
• Support scientific discussions during audits, customer meetings, and regulatory interactions

5) Compliance, Quality & Safety

• Ensure 100% adherence to SOPs, GxP, and data integrity standards
• Lead DQA audits with confidence and champion a zero‑incident safety culture

6) RFP & Business Support

• Provide analytical inputs for RFP evaluations, enabling informed technical and commercial decisions

What We Are Looking For

Education : M.Sc. with Ph.D. in Organic or Analytical Chemistry

Experience: 12+ years of post‑PhD experience in Analytical R&D within the CRDMO environments
