Educational Qualification & Experience
Qualification
- Chemical Graduate OR
- Diploma in Safety
Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in Safety / EHS role
Experience in API / Chemical / Pharmaceutical plant preferred
Job Responsibilities
- As a Safety Officer at Brooks Steriscience, your responsibilities will include:
- Operation, maintenance, and management of ETP / STP / MEE plants
- Handling safety aspects of API plant such as HAZOP, HIRA, JSA, Permit to Work
- Compliance with GPCB, CGWB, and hazardous waste regulations
- Management of scrap yard, ash handling, and biomedical waste
- Periodic medical check-ups for employees
- Implementation of QMS systems like CCN, Deviation, CAPA, SOP, MTRI, TNI
- Fire safety systems, firefighting training, and mock drills
- Conducting safety committee meetings and internal audits
- Handling EDMS / ELMS and safety documentation
