1) Production (OSD)
A) Granulation / Compression / Packing – Officer
Experience: 2–4 Years
Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm
B) Granulation / Compression / Packing – Executive
Experience: 4–7 Years
Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm
Audit exposure in USFDA / EUGMP approved company
Exposure of Material Handling / Electronic Batch Record filling & review
Good knowledge of SAP System & their T Codes for PP_PI
Machine alarms handling
QMS / Deviation / Change Control / SOP
Daily reports preparation
Manpower handling
C) Granulation / Compression / Liquid & Paste Manufacturing / Liquid Filling / Bottle Primary Packing – Technician
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: D.Pharm / Diploma / ITI
Audit exposure in USFDA / EUGMP approved company
Independently handle the granulation area equipment
Expertise in Top spraying and roll compaction process
Handle the Liquid and Paste Manufacturing equipment’s and their process
Working in Primary Bottle Packing (CVC Line) / Liquid Filling
Good computer knowledge Machine operation / Cleaning / Changeover / Alarm handling
2) Quality Control (OSD)
A) QC Validation Analyst (Sr. Officer to Sr. Executive)
Experience: 4–7 Years
Qualification: M.Sc / M.Pharm / B.Pharm
Well versed with Analytical methods validation / Method transfer
Cleaning validation
Handling HPLC, GC, DR and other instruments
Reviewing analytical data
Preparation of Validation protocols and reports
B) QC Sr. Officer / Executive
Experience: 4–7 Years
Qualification: M.Sc / M.Pharm / B.Pharm
QC analyzing, Stability, In-process, FP, RM sample
Handling instruments (HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, DR, SSA)
Review of analytical data
3) Quality Assurance (OSD)
A) Officer to Executive – IPQA
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc
Line clearance
Sampling of in-process samples & FG sample
Review of BMR, BPR with audit trail of equipment
B) Officer to Executive – Analytical QA
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc
Investigations of OOS, Incident, deviations
Review of analytical data of RM / PM, in-process and finished products
Review of audit trail of analytical instruments
Must have sound knowledge on HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV etc.
4) Projects
A) Dy. Manager / Asst. Manager
Experience: 8–12 Years
Qualification: BE (Electrical / Mechanical)
Experience of design and execution of projects
Basic knowledge of utility and facility design
