Key Responsibilities
- Perform IPQA activities in API manufacturing operations
- Conduct line clearance and in-process quality checks
- Review BMR, LMR, logbooks, and GMP documents
- Handle deviations, change control, CAPA and investigations
- Ensure strict compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
- Conduct plant and laboratory rounds to ensure SOP compliance
- Review and perform dispatch activities as per approved procedures
- Handle document issuance activities (SOP, BMR, LMR, ECR, etc.)
- Maintain document control and archival system
- Coordinate with production and QC teams for quality compliance
Skill & Experience Requirements
- Mandatory IPQA experience in API Pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and documentation
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA
- Working knowledge of LMS software
- Good understanding of regulatory compliance and audits
