Production Manager – Formulation

Job Location: HPM Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd, Khushkhera, Rajasthan

Industry: Agrochemical / Chemical Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the complete agrochemical formulation production process.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise, guide, and train production staff to improve efficiency and operational discipline.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Implement and maintain safety, health, and environmental (EHS) standards within the plant.

Required Experience & Skills

• Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience in agrochemical formulation manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of formulation processes, production planning, and plant operations is required.
