Ipca Laboratories is hosting walk-in interviews at our Pologround, Indore location for various roles in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing. We are looking for experienced candidates to join our team.

Interview Details

Open Positions by Department

1) Quality Assurance (API)

Designation: Sr. Chemist / Chemist

Qualification & Experience: UG/PG in relevant field, Min. Exp. 2 Years

Job Description: Collecting and reviewing annual product data, preparing APQR reports, identifying trends, and helping for improvements. Handle day-to-day QMS tasks such as deviations, change controls, CAPA, document updates, and Audit support.

2) Powder Processing (API)

Designation: Executive / Officer

Qualification & Experience: UG/PG in relevant field, Min. Exp. 5 Years

Job Description: Overseeing the physical shop floor activities—including milling, shifting, and micronization, and keeping the shop floor compliant with cGMP. Handle QMS tasks like deviations, change controls, CAPA, and documentation updates in Trackwise.

3) Production (API)

Designation: Chemist / Technician

Qualification & Experience: UG/PG in relevant field, Min. Exp. 2 Years

Job Description: Responsible for shift operations, charging batches, and documentation while ensuring safety and compliance. Includes hands-on operation of Reactors, Centrifuges, ANFDs, and RCVDs etc.

4) Engineering - Electrical & Inst. (API)

Designation: Asst. Manager / Executive

Qualification & Experience: UG/PG in relevant field, Min. Exp. 8 Years

Job Description: Lead the Electrical and Instrumentation team, managing transformers and Panels, overseeing utilities like DG sets, calibration of instruments and sensors, troubleshoot electrical faults quickly, manage the team's daily work, and ensure all electrical systems are safe and reliable.

5) Engineering, EHS, & Production (Apprentice)

Designation: Apprentice (pass out of 2022 to 2025 only)

Qualification & Experience: BE/Btech/Diploma in Mechanical/ Fire & Safety/ Env./ BSc in Chemistry/ ITI in Fitter/RAC (Only for Fresher)

Job Description: Hardworking Apprentices to join our team and start their career in the API industry. Assist experienced team members in day-to-day tasks on the shop floor, follow all safety rules, and help with basic documentation and equipment upkeep.

Important Information

Desired candidates should have working experience with WHO, MHRA, USFDA approved Pharmaceutical API plant.
