Responsibilities (Pharmacovigilance – ICSR)
As an Officer – ICSR, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing pharmacovigilance cases including duplicate search and validation
- Data entry, drug coding, MedDRA coding, listedness, and causality assessment
- Writing high-quality ICSR narratives as per SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Performing expedited reporting assessments
- Preparing and reviewing SOPs, Work Instructions, templates, and training materials
- Communicating urgent safety issues to the Line Manager and QPPV
- Ensuring compliance with global and local PV regulations
- Supporting timely case processing with 100% regulatory compliance
- Training and mentoring new team members
- Communicating with clients and regulatory agencies when required
- Staying updated with regulatory intelligence and implementing changes
- Supporting PV department process improvements
Qualification & Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in: Life Sciences, Pharmacy Or any related discipline
Experience: Fresher
Candidates with basic knowledge of pharmacovigilance or drug safety will have an added advantage
