Qualification:

• Post Graduation in Microbiology
• B.Tech in Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering

Work Location: Pune_RD, Maharashtra, India

Key Skill / Job Description

• Execution of Upstream production batches as per approved BPR
• Operating Upstream equipment and performing CIP/SIP
• Handling equipment such as 100L & 200L Fermenter, Centrifuge, High Pressure Homogenizer, Spectrophotometer, Autoclave, DHS, Cold Room, Integrity Machine
• Preparation of SOPs, BPRs, protocols, and reports
• Raising Change Controls and Deviations in QA-approved formats
• Coordination with Engineering for equipment or facility breakdown
• Managing PM/AMC of manufacturing equipment
• Supporting Technology Transfer from R&D to Manufacturing
• Attending cGMP, Safety, and On-the-Job trainings
• Ensuring workplace safety compliance
