Roles & Responsibilities
- LC-MS method development, qualification, and validation
- Hands-on experience with LC-HRMS (Orbitrap)
- Strong working knowledge of Chromeleon & Biopharma Finder software
- Intact mass analysis, peptide mapping, DSB, PTM
- Impurity profiling for mAbs, proteins, and peptides
- Preparation of protocols, SOPs, reports, QMS documentation
- Strong analytical reasoning and laboratory execution
- Effective time-management and multitasking skills
Qualification & Experience
Educational Qualification
- Master’s or higher degree:
- M.Sc.
- M.Pharma
- Specialization:
- Biotechnology
- Analytical Chemistry
- Biochemistry
- Pharmaceutical Sciences
Experience Required: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in LCMS / LC-HRMS
