A leading industrial manufacturing organization is hiring an experienced Plant Maintenance Manager for its ASU DMD Plant in Bharuch. This is a high-responsibility, high-CTC leadership role suitable for professionals with strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation (M/E/I) maintenance, shutdown management, compliance, and cost optimization.

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation preferred)

Experience Requirement:

•  10+ Years (Degree) OR 15+ Years (Diploma) in Plant Maintenance
• Minimum 3 years as Discipline Head
• 7+ Years of Managerial Experience
• Strong exposure to large manufacturing / ASU / DMD plants

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure safe & quality execution of all Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance activities
• Plan, monitor, and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance schedules
• Lead shutdown planning, coordination, and timely execution
• Implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) as per organizational policy
• Ensure statutory, MIQA, HSE & audit compliance
• Coordinate with operations, CES, IMMS Mumbai and cross-functional teams
• Ensure critical spare availability & inventory control
• Manage plant maintenance budget, cost control & forecasting
• Review & approve MOCs, CAPEX, minor projects & refurbishment activities
• Vendor & OEM coordination for equipment repair & modernization
• Contractor management and productivity optimization
• Drive RCA completion & liquidation of recommendations
• Maintain asset data, equipment history, IMS documentation
• Lead performance monitoring, reporting & escalation
• Manage career planning, appraisal & skill development of team members
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies (RESOP, DOSHE, CASHe, HSEF Trainings)
