Role Overview
The Team Lead will play a critical role in planning, executing, and monitoring warehousing & logistics projects aligned with Reliance’s New Energy stream, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and operational excellence.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project planning and execution for Warehousing & Logistics in New Energy initiatives
- Analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and business scenarios to create scalable project plans
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with key stakeholders
- Monitor project performance to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget using structured methodologies
- Prepare detailed project review reports and present insights to senior leadership
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and MIS reports
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational optimization
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, vendors, and partners
Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate degree from a reputed university or college
Experience: 9 to 12 years of overall experience
Requirement:
- Strong exposure to project management, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations
- Experience in large-scale industrial / energy / infrastructure projects preferred
