Role Summary
The Head Engineering Projects will lead and manage multi-disciplinary engineering activities for large EPC / EPCM projects, ensuring safe, compliant, cost-effective, and on-time project delivery. This is a senior leadership position with high CTC potential.
Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Industry: EPC / Refinery / Oil & Gas / Power / Chemicals
Experience Required: 15 to 20 Years
Qualifications: BE / BTech (Chemical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering)
Skills: Strong client-facing, leadership & project management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Process, Mechanical, Piping, Civil & Electrical engineering teams
- Oversee FEED, Basic & Detailed Engineering activities
- Review, control, and ensure timely delivery of all engineering deliverables
- Act as key interface with clients, PMC, licensors, vendors & site teams
- Support procurement through technical bid evaluation & vendor finalization
- Drive HAZOP, safety reviews & design compliance
- Ensure compliance with statutory & code requirements
- Provide engineering support during construction, pre-commissioning & commissioning
- Ensure cross-discipline coordination to avoid design clashes, delays & cost overruns
