We are hiring a Production Officer for our API Production Block 7 in Dewas, MP. This is an excellent opportunity for Chemical Engineers and Chemistry Graduates to excel in a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute planned production activities in shift as per production schedule and coordinate with departments.
• Maintain accurate documentation: BPR entries, equipment logbooks, cleaning & calibration records, etc.
• Ensure smooth shift handovers and communicate effectively with superiors.
• Maintain shop floor discipline and foster a harmonious working environment.
• Operate plant safely, complying with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and EHS standards.
• Follow cGMP practices and SOP compliance in all production activities.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment & surrounding areas.
• Update training records and ensure instruments are calibrated.
• Plan manpower effectively for maximum productivity.
• Execute validation & qualification activities as per protocol.

Job Requirements:

Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry) OR B.E / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering

Experience: 2–5 years in chemical / pharmaceutical production

Location: Dewas, Madhya Pradesh (API – Production Block 7)

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and plant operations
• Safety-conscious, proactive, and collaborative
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
